Refund policy
At Sammy’s Timepieces, we carefully inspect and prepare every watch before it is dispatched. We want our customers to shop with confidence while also protecting the integrity of our products.
Cancellation & Returns
For online purchases, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your watch, subject to applicable UK consumer law. You do not normally need to provide a reason for cancellation.
After notifying us that you wish to cancel, you generally have a further 14 days to return the watch.

Condition of Returned Watches
Customers must take reasonable care of the watch while it is in their possession.
The watch should be returned with its original packaging, tags and accessories where applicable.
You may inspect and handle the watch as reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. However, if the watch has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary and its value has been diminished as a result, we may make an appropriate deduction from the refund where permitted by law.
Return Verification & Fraud Prevention
Every returned watch will be inspected and verified against the item originally supplied by Sammy’s Timepieces.
We take counterfeit substitutions, deliberate damage, tampering and fraudulent returns extremely seriously.
If a customer knowingly returns a different watch, counterfeit/fake watch, deliberately damaged watch, altered watch or otherwise fraudulent item instead of the genuine watch supplied by Sammy’s Timepieces, we reserve the right to reject the return and withhold or adjust any refund to the extent permitted by law.
Where we have evidence of suspected fraud or other unlawful conduct, we may retain relevant evidence and report the matter to the appropriate authorities. Fraud can carry criminal consequences under UK law.
We strongly recommend that customers do not attempt to substitute, alter or deliberately damage an item when making a return.
Faulty or Damaged on Arrival
If your watch arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us at sammystimepiece@gmail.com as soon as possible.
Please provide your order number and photographs of the issue where possible so that we can investigate and assist you.
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy.
Refunds
Once we receive a returned watch, we will inspect it before processing the refund.
Where a refund is due under your statutory cancellation rights, we will process it in accordance with applicable UK law. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods back or you provide evidence that they have been sent back, whichever happens first.
For a standard cancellation, the customer is generally responsible for the direct cost of returning the watch unless we have agreed otherwise or the law requires us to cover it.
Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 48 hours, excluding weekends and UK public holidays, using Royal Mail.
Dispatch within 48 hours does not affect the customer’s statutory cancellation period, which generally begins when the customer receives the goods.
Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to remove or restrict your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
If there is any conflict between this policy and your statutory consumer rights, your statutory rights will apply.
