Welcome to Sammy’s Timepieces. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Products

We aim to ensure that all product descriptions, photographs and prices are accurate. Products are supplied in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

2. Orders & Payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£). You must provide accurate delivery and payment information when placing an order.

We reserve the right to cancel an order where there is a genuine pricing or availability error or where fraudulent activity is suspected.

3. Delivery

Orders are normally dispatched within 48 hours, excluding weekends and UK public holidays.

Orders are shipped using Royal Mail. Delivery times may vary depending on the service and destination.

4. Returns & Refunds

Customers purchasing online generally have a 14-day statutory cancellation period from receiving their order, followed by a further 14 days to return the goods after notifying us.

5. Returned Items & Fraud

Returned watches may be inspected to verify their condition and confirm that the item returned is the same item supplied by us.

Fraudulent returns, counterfeit substitutions, deliberate damage or tampering may result in a refund being withheld or adjusted where permitted by law. Suspected unlawful activity may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

6. Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms removes or limits your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Our website content, branding, photographs and original materials must not be copied or used commercially without our permission.
