At Sammy’s Timepieces, we take care to make sure your order is prepared and dispatched promptly.

Processing & Dispatch

All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 48 hours of purchase, excluding weekends and UK public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Delivery

All orders are shipped using Royal Mail.

Delivery times depend on the Royal Mail service selected and your delivery location. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout where applicable.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside of our control.

Tracking

For services that include tracking, your tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. Sammy’s Timepieces cannot be held responsible for delays or failed delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address.
